内涵建设视域下高职院校课程诊断与改进研究 被引量:2

On Curriculum Diagnosis and Improvement in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Connotation Construction

摘要 针对国家对高职院校的内涵建设提出的新要求,研究了高职院校课程诊改工作的现状,分析了课程诊断与改进的决策指挥、质量生成、课程资源建设、支持服务、监测评价五个组成系统,提出了激励问责机制、教师培养机制、教学资源建设、依托网络平台实时监控与反馈等切实可行的策略,以期有助于高职院校课程诊断与改进。 In view of the state's new requirements for the connotation construction in higher vocational colleges,this paper studies the current situation of curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges.Then it analyzes the five systems of curriculum diagnosis and improvement,which are decision一making and command,quality generation,curriculum resource construction,support service,monitoring and evaluation.Meanwhile,it presents some feasible strategies such as incentive and accountability mechanism,teacher一training mechanism,teaching resources construction,real一time monitoring and feedback relying on network platform,hoping to contribute to the curriculum diagnosis and improvement in higher vocational colleges.
