原发性肝癌中西医结合诊疗实践回眸

Review of Practice of Diagnosis and Treatment for Primary Liver Cancer with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

原发性肝癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤,其恶性程度高,易复发转移,预后差。国家中医药管理局肝癌协作组由组长单位广州中医药大学第一附属医院肿瘤中心牵头,携手致力于肝癌的中西医结合治疗研究,包括肝癌的中医理论研究,肝癌的全程管理,中医药保肝抑瘤研究,外治法治疗肝癌癌痛等。临床实践发现,中西医结合治疗肝癌具有协同作用,可提高患者生存质量,延长生存期。本文从肝癌的中医病机及辨治特点、肝癌中医诊疗指南的制定、肝癌的全程管理三个方面回顾总结原发性肝癌中西医结合诊疗实践。

Primary liver cancer is a common malignant tumor in China with high malignancy,high recurrence and metastasis rate,and poor prognosis.As the leader of the liver cancer collaboration group of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Oncology Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine has committed to the study of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of liver cancer,which covers the theoretical research of liver cancer,the whole course management of liver cancer,Chinese medicine for protecting liver and inhibiting tumors,and the external treatment of cancerous pain induced by liver cancer.The clinical practice showed that the combination of Chinese medicine and western medicine has a synergistic effect in the treatment of liver cancer by improving the quality of life of the patients and prolonging their survival time.
