癌毒病机理论辨治肝癌探析

Analysis on Differentiation and Treatment of Liver Cancer Based on Cancer-toxin Pathogenesis Theory

在传承国医大师周仲瑛“癌毒”学说的基础之上,本文构建了中医肿瘤创新病机理论——癌毒病机理论,并以此为理论依据,辨析肝癌的主要病因、核心病机以及病机演变规律,提出肝癌的核心病机为:肝脾肾亏虚,气郁湿热瘀毒互结。治疗肝癌需以抗癌解毒为核心,理气解郁为关键,清热化湿、活血祛瘀为要点,扶正补虚为根本。本文提出基于癌毒病机理论的肝癌辨治理论体系,为中医药治疗肝癌提供新思路。

By following the cancer-toxin theory established by Chinese medicine master ZHOU Zhong-ying,the innovative cancer toxin pathogenesis theory for tumor was constructed in this paper.Based on the innovative cancer toxin pathogenesis theory,the main causes,core pathogenesis and pathogenesis evolution rules of liver cancer were differentiated and analyzed.The results indicated that the core pathogenesis of liver cancer was deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney,blending with the stagnation of qi,damp-heat,blood stasis,and toxin.Therefore,the therapy for liver cancer should be focused on counteracting cancer and removing toxin,regulating qi and relieving stagnation,clearing heat and resolving dampness,and activating blood and removing stasis.And the therapeutic principle should be supporting healthy qi and tonifying deficiency.The therapeutic principle and methods inspired by the innovative cancer toxin pathogenesis theory will provide a new approach for the treatment of liver cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.
