浅析从痰论治肝癌复发转移的临床思路

Discussion on Clinical Thoughts for Treating Liver Cancer Recurrence and Metastasis from Phlegm

肝癌的复发转移是影响肝癌患者预后的重要事件。经多年临床实践,笔者认为痰邪是肝癌复发转移过程中重要的致病因素和病理产物,运用清热化痰、燥湿化痰、化痰软坚等方法治疗肝癌复发转移可取得一定的临床疗效。本文分析痰邪在肝癌中的作用,提出“从痰论治肝癌”临床思路,并附医案2则,以冀深化对肝癌复发转移的认识,开阔中医药治疗晚期肝癌的临床思路。

The recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer are the important events which affect the prognosis of patients with liver cancer.After years of clinical experience,we believe that phlegm is an important pathogenic factor and pathological product in the recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer,and has achieved certain therapeutic effect on recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer by using the therapies of clearing heat and resolving phlegm,drying dampness and resolving phlegm,and resolving phlegm to soften hardness.In this article,the role of phlegm pathogen in the pathogenesis of liver cancer was analyzed,the thoughts for treating liver cancer recurrence and metastasis from phlegm were put forward and then were verified by two proven cases,so as to deepen the understanding of liver cancer recurrence and metastasis and to broaden the methods for the treatment of advanced liver cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.
