Proven Cases of Professor LI Jing in Treating Hepatocellular Carcinoma with Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction

柴胡桂枝干姜汤出自《伤寒论》,其临床应用广泛,可治疗消化、呼吸、泌尿、神经、妇科等诸多系统疾病,但在肿瘤临床应用方面少见报道。李晶教授结合多年临床经验,将其用于治疗胆热脾寒肝癌,收效良好。本文总结李教授运用柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗肝癌的临床经验,并附医案2则,为临床治疗肝癌提供新思路。

Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction originates from Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases,and it has been widely used for the treatment of digestive,respiratory,urinary,neurological,and gynecological disease as well as other system diseases by referring to the relevant literature in recent years.However,its clinical application in treating tumor is rarely reported.After years of clinical experience,Professor LI Jing has achieved satisfactory therapeutic effect on hepatocellular carcinoma with the syndrome of gallbladder heat and spleen cold treated by Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction.In this article,the clinical experience of Professor LI Jing in treating hepatocellular carcinoma with Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction was summarized and then was verified by two proven cases,so as to provide a new way for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
