在国网公司全过程工程咨询试点实施模式分析的基础上,根据试点工程进展情况,基于AHP法构建综合效益层次结构模型,分析试点工程综合效益,论述全过程工程咨询模式在输变电工程领域的可行性和适用性,探索其应用前景,为输变电工程开展全过程工程咨询提供依据。

On the basis of analyzing life-cycle engineering consulting modes in State Grid Corporation,and according to the current progress of the pilot project,this paper adopts the AHP method to conduct the hierarchy model of the comprehensive benefits,analyzes the comprehensive benefits of the pilot projects,discusses the feasibility and applicability of life cycle engineering consulting in power transmission and transformation project and explores the application prospect,provides reference for developing the application of lifecycle engineering consulting in power transmission and transformation engineering.
