PPP合作模式中公私双方的利益分配方式对PPP模式的成功起着至关重要的作用,基于利益分配基本原则,综合权衡利益分配的四个基本影响因素,进而建立利益分配模型,以协调各方利益分配。实证数据分析表明,在利益分配方案的指导下,可使项目实现帕累托最优。

The profit distribution between public sector and private sector plays an important role in the success of PPP model.This paper comprehensively weighs the four basic factors of profit distribution,builds profit distribution model to coordinate the benefit distribution of all parties based on the basic principle of profit distribution.Empirical data analysis shows that under the guidance of profit allocation scheme,the project can achieve Pareto optimum.
