摘要
设计一种用于角度和角速度测量的电容式旋转编码器。发射极施加四个相位相差90°的方波电压提供调制电场。基于正弦函数图案化的动板可以将角度位置编码正交调制到相位/频率调制信号。然后,基于正交解调和坐标旋转数字计算机算法,在现场可编程门阵列处理器中,将机械角度调制为正余弦信号的相位。
A capacitive rotary encoder for angular position and angular speed measurements is designed.The transmitting segments applies four square wave voltages with phase differences of 90°to provide a modulated electric field.The patterned movable plate based on sinusoidal function can quadrature modulate angular position encoding to phase/frequency modulated signals.The mechanical angle is modulated to phase position of sine and cosine signals in a field programmable gate array processor based on the quadrature demodulation and the coordinate rotational digital computer algorithm.
