摘要 针对国内电子血压计只能单一测量成人或儿童的问题,提出了一种同时适用儿童与成人的电子血压计。在加压过程中进行测量,通过按键选择不同的测量模式。测量不同人群时,只需更换不同尺寸的袖套。选用STM32F103RCT6单片机作为控制核心,设计了压力信号采集与处理电路。采用中值滤波算法进行软件滤波。依据峰值点的定义与阈值法来提取脉搏波各个单波的峰值点。利用高斯曲线对峰值点进行拟合,并根据变幅度系数法计算出舒张压与收缩压。实验证明:该电子血压计的测量精度高、稳定性好。 Aiming at the problem that domestic electronic sphygmomanometer can only measure adults or children,an electronic sphygmomanometer suitable for both children and adults is proposed.The instrument measures during pressurization,and select different measurement modes by pressing the button.When measuring different groups of people,it is only necessary to change the size of sleeves.In the hardware part,the STM32F103RCT6 micro controller unit(MCU)is selected as the control core,and the pressure signal acquisition and processing circuit is designed.In the software part,the median filtering algorithm is used for software filtering.According to the definition of the peak point and the threshold method,the peak points of each single wave of the oscillation wave are extracted.The peak point is fitted by the Gaussian curve and diastolic pressure(DSP)and systolic pressure(SBP)are calculated according to the variable amplitude coefficient method.Experiments prove that the electronic sphygmomanometer has high measurement precision and good stability.
