摘要
针对目前市场上的电梯语音提示系统检测不便、安装成本高、语音内容少的不足,设计了一种基于JY901B姿态传感器和Raspberry Pi的电梯智能语音提示系统。采用嵌入式系统采集数据经过中值滤波算法处理数据,再利用气压变化差值转变为海拔高度测算楼层高度,避免了温度漂移问题,同时改进标准气压海拔关系式,推算出误差小速度快的优化算法模型,实现了语音提示系统检测的准确性。实验结果表明:该系统检测误差小于0.5 m,楼层检测准确率高,具有结构简单、体积小、精度高、智能化等优点,弥补了业界语音报站器的不足。
Aiming at the disadvantages of inconvenient detection,high installation cost and less voice content of the elevator voice prompt system on the market at present,an intelligent voice prompt system for elevator based on JY901B attitude sensor and Raspberry Pi is designed.The data collected by embedded system is processed by median filtering algorithm,and then the difference of air pressure change is transformed into altitude to calculate the floor height,so the problem of temperature drift is avoided.Meanwhile,the relationship between standard air pressure and altitude is improved,and the optimized algorithm model with small error and fast speed is deduced.The detection accuracy of voice prompt system is realized.The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of simple structure,small volume,high precision and intelligence,and the detection error is less than 0.5 m,accuracy of floor detection is high.It makes up for the shortage of voice station announcer in the industry.
