摘要
针对物化实验中高精度温度测量需求,设计了基于恒流源驱动Pt1000的数字贝克曼温度计,分析了测温系统工作原理、定标方法及影响测温系统准确度的诸多因素。根据测温需求合理设置电路参数,测温精度可达到0.001℃。调试并修正了系统参数,测试结果表明:提高了测温准确度。该系统具有功耗小、成本低廉等特点,并获得了应用。
To meet the requirement of high precision temperature measurement in physico-chemical experiment,a digital Beckman thermometer based on Pt1000 driven by constant current source is designed.And the working principle,calibration method,factors influencing the accuracy of temperature measuring system are analyzed.Reasonable setting of circuit parameters according to temperature measurement requirements.The precision of temperature measurement can reach 0.001℃.Debugging and correcting system parameters,The test results show that the accuracy of temperature measurement is improved.The system has the advantages of low power consumption and low cost,and it has been applied.
