七指蕨的化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents from Helminthostachys Zeylanica

采用多种柱色谱结合重结晶对七指蕨乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,获得7个化合物,利用核磁共振波谱分析鉴定其结构为β-D-呋喃果糖基(2→5)-吡喃果糖苷(1),甲基-α-D-呋喃果糖苷(2),5-羟基-2-羟甲基吡啶(3),对甲氧基苯甲酸(4),甲氧基苯甲酸(5),3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(6),3-羟基丙酸(7)。所有化合物均为首次从七指蕨科植物中获得。

The ethanol extract of Helminthostachys zeylanica was separated and purified on various column chromatography as well as recrystallization,which resulted in the isolation of seven compounds.Their structures were determined asβ-D-fructofuranosyl-(2→5)-fructopyranose(1),methyl-α-D-frucofuranoside(2),2-hydroxymethyl-5-hydroxylpyridine(3),p-methoxylbenzoic acid(4),p-hydroxylbenzoic acid(5),3,4-dihydroxylphenylethanol(6),and 3-hydroxylbenzoic acid(7)by analysis of their 1H-and 13C-NMR data and comparison with literature.All these compounds were identified from the family of Helminthostachyaceae for the first time.
