摘要
本研究首先介绍了橡胶的硫化机理,然后阐述了国内外橡胶硫化促进剂的发展现状。在实验室通过自己的实验合成了橡胶硫化促进剂乙基黄原酸锌(ZEX),理解了促进剂乙基黄原酸锌(ZEX)在橡胶硫化过程中的性能。最后通过粉末XRD衍射、红外(FT-IR)、热重(TG/DSC)等分析方法,对目标化合物ZEX进行了表征研究,推测其结构、组成并关联其性能。
This paper firstly introduced the rubber vulcanization mechanism,and then describes the development status of domestic and abroad rubber vulcanization accelerator.Then in the laboratory by own experimental synthesis of the vulcanized rubber accelerator ethyl zinc xanthate(ZEX),understand the accelerator ethyl xanthate ZEX in rubber vulcanization process performance.Finally through the automatic crystal diffraction,Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,thermogravimetry(TG)and other analytical methods,of the target compounds ZEX for the characterization of,that we infer the structure,composition and its associated properties.
