龙岩市某产地竹笋干铅含量特征污染评价、暴露风险评估 被引量:2

摘要 为研究龙岩市竹笋干铅(Pb)污染现状,选取某产地111个毛竹Phyllostachys edulis竹笋(春笋)采样点,测定其竹笋干Pb含量。结果表明:竹笋干Pb含量平均值0.249 mg·kg^-1,按各评价标准,均存在超标情况,Pb为竹笋干特征污染物。单项污染指数法评价竹笋干Pb污染等级、污染水平较高,但取决于标准限量值和竹笋干Pb含量取值。Pb暴露量评估显示,经竹笋干摄入Pb对人体健康无明显负面影响。Pb的暴露边界比(MOE)评估显示,在竹笋干摄入量较大、Pb含量取较大值时,儿童Pb摄入风险较高,成人摄入风险较低。总体而言,本研究竹笋干Pb对人体健康产生负面影响的可能性较小,相对安全,建议民众平衡膳食、适当控制日均摄入量。 In order to study the current status of lead(Pb)pollution for dried bamboo shoots in Longyan City,111 Phyllostachys edulis bamboo shoots were collected from a certain producing area,then Pb concentrations of the dried bamboo shoot samples were measured.The results showed that the average Pb concentration was 0.249 mg·kg^-1.The Pb concentrations of some dried bamboo shoots exceeded related evaluation standards,thus Pb was the featured pollutant of bamboo shoots.The result of single pollution index showed relatively serious Pb pollution of dried bamboo shoots,but depended on the limes of related evaluation standards and the Pb concentration of dried bamboo shoots.The assessment of Pb exposure showed that the Pb intake by the dried bamboo shoots had no significant negative impact on human health.The margin of exposure(MOE)results showed that,the more feeding amount and the higher Pb concentration of the dried bamboo shoots,the higher risk of Pb intake through the dried bamboo shoots for children,while low risk of Pb intake for adults.In general,the Pb of the dried bamboo shoots in this study showed less possibility of negative impact on human health,so it was relatively safe.It was recommended that the people balanced diet and properly controled the average daily intake of dried bamboo shoots.
