QC与QA职能初步比较对就业规划的启示

本文采用实地调研、亲身实践与查阅文献相结合的方式,基于工作内容及工作依据两部分,对制药企业QC、QA岗位职能进行了初步比较分析。分析结果显示从药企入职的非熟练人员到工程师,其首要任务是必须系统、全面地学习并熟练掌握药品生产全过程质量控制中QC和QA两大职能的理论知识和技术运用。通过对比制药企业质量控制(QC)和质量保证(QA)职能,为准备从事QC或QA的药学专业大学毕业生进入制药企业职业规划提供建议参考,即大学毕业生想成为一名合格的制药企业QC或QA人员,详尽的3~5年从基层开始职业规划尤为重要。

Combined with the literature materials for the pharmaceutical companies QA,QC positions were investigated and analyzed,by means of the combination of field research and literature review,personal experience,the inauguration quality department.The results of the two surveys were divided into two parts:work content and work basis according to GMP and pharmacopoeia and operation field.In order to become a qualified quality QA or/and QC,the professional qualities are required,including the necessary professional knowledge,operational skills,indispensable professional professionalism as well as their own interpersonal skills,stress resistance.The most important thing is to detail a 3-5-year career planning from the primary level.
