染料行业自动包装系统没有国外先进经验可以借鉴,而在借鉴其他行业经验的时候需要了解染料粉尘自身的特性并有针对性地进行设计;除此之外,还需要平衡生产速度、称量精度和系统稳定性这三个方面要求。目前在实际应用中所暴露出的问题需要设备供货单位和使用单位携手来解决,经过实践检验,部分问题已经成功得到了解决,但是如何保证100%的一次称量合格率和完全杜绝粉尘逃逸问题仍旧是自动包装系统发展中亟待解决的问题。

There is no foreign advanced experience for the automatic packaging system to be used for reference in dye industry.The characteristics of dye dust should be understood so that the automatic packaging system can be designed more specifically when we learn from the experience of other industries.In addition,it is necessary to balance production speed,weighing accuracy and system stability.The problems in the practical application need to be solved by supplier and user working together.A part of the problem has been solved successfully,but how to guarantee 100%qualified rate of weighing and completely eliminate the dust pollution problem is still problems to be solved in the development of automatic packaging system.
