摘要
针对喷涂行业有机废气的特点,本工程采用“吸附浓缩-催化氧化”组合工艺处理。排放口非甲烷总烃(NMHC)、苯、甲苯和二甲苯浓度分别为74.3、6.20×10^-2、0.108和0.164 mg/m^3,排放速率分别为2.18、1.82×10^-3、3.19×10^-3和4.82×10^-3 kg/h,去除率达89.5%以上,均满足《工业涂装工序大气污染物排放标准》(DB2146-2018)和《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB16297-1996)的要求,能耗费用为218140元/年。工程运行结果表明“吸附浓缩-催化氧化”组合工艺对喷涂行业产生的排放大、浓度低的废气具有显著的处理效果和杰出的低能耗特点。
According to the characteristics of organic waste gas in spray coating industry,this project adopts the combined process of“adsorption concentration-catalytic oxidation”.The detection of the exhaust in discharge outlet showed that the concentration of NMHC,benzene,toluene and xylene were 74.3,6.20×10^-2,0.108 and 0.164 mg/m^3,respectively.And the emission rates were 2.18,1.82×10^-3,3.19×10^-3 and 4.82×10^-3 kg/h,respectively.The removal rates were above 89.5%.All of them meet the requirements of“emission standard of air pollutants for industrial surface coating”(DB2146-2018)and“Integrated emission standard of air pollutants”(GB16297-1996).Based on this,the energy consumption is 218140 yuan per year.The results showed that the combined process of"adsorption and concentration-catalytic oxidation"has remarkable treatment effect and outstanding low energy consumption characteristics for the waste gas with high emission and low concentration in surface coating industry.
