摘要
通过详细分析铝型材表面处理典型工艺(煲膜、阳极氧化、抛光以及喷涂等)中不同环节废水产生、组成、处理及回用的现状,剖析铝型材表面处理中水回用过程中存在的问题与难点,并提出了相应建议,为铝型材行业废水减量化与再利用提出针对性的策略。
This paper analyzes the current situation of wastewater generation,composition,treatment and reuse in different links of typical process of aluminum profile surface treatment(pot film,anodizing,polishing and spraying,etc.),analyzes the problems and difficulties in the process of water reuse in aluminum profile surface treatment,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the reduction and reuse of wastewater in aluminum profile industry.
