催化装置再生烟气脱硫后湿电除尘器的工业应用 被引量:3

摘要 催化装置原料油硫含量为1.5%~1.7%(m)且再生器存在尾燃现象,使得再生烟气中三氧化硫浓度较高。为解决出口烟气拖尾长且下坠的现象,在EDV5000湿法洗涤脱硫后,增设湿式电除尘器(电除雾器)以降低出口烟气气溶胶含量。但在实际运行中,湿电内气流分布不均,严重影响其运行效果。本研究经流场模拟分析,在电除雾器入口增设气体导流设施,有效解决入口偏流现象,使湿电运行电流提高5倍,显著提高其运行效果。 The sulfur content of raw material oil in catalytic unit was 1.5%~1.7%(m)and exhaust combustion phenomenon of regenerator was existed,so the SO3 concentration of regenerator flue gas was relatively high.In order to solve the tailing and falling phenomenon of smoke plume,WESP was added after the EDV5000 wet desulfurization to reduce the aerosol content of outlet flue gas.However,the gas flow distribution in the electric demister was unevenly distributed in practice,which was seriously affecting its operation efficiency.This research analysed the results of flow field simulation,and then added gas diversion facilities at the inlet of electric demister.This transformation effectively solved the bias current at the inlet of electric demister,and increased its operating current by five times,which made its operation efficiency was obviously improved.
