摘要 用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)和气相色谱质谱法(GC-MS)分别测定儿童玩具中重金属砷、镉、铬、铅和增塑剂邻苯二甲酸酯。采用的定量分析方法是标准曲线法。结果表明,随砷、镉、铬、铅变量,ICP-MS法有较好的线性关系,相关系数均达到0.99995以上。ICP-MS法可同时测定玩具中的多种重金属,提高了样品的分析效率。增塑剂的测定采用二氯甲烷提取玩具中邻苯二甲酸酯,GC-MS法采用标准曲线法定量。结果表明,邻苯二甲酸酯线性范围为0.4~10 mg/L,相关系数均不小于0.995。GC-MS法简单、快速、准确,可用于玩具增塑剂邻苯二甲酸酯的检测。 Heavy metal As,Cd,Cr,Pb and plasticizers phthalates content in toys were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass-spectrography(ICP-MS)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Contents were determined by standard curve method.The results show that the linear calibration curves for ICP-MS were good;their correlation coefficients were above 0.99995.Simultaneous determination of multiplex heavy metal in toys by ICP-MS.ICP-MS was unique technology with advantages of quick.In determination of plasticizers,phthalates were extracted by dichloromethane.Their contents were determined by standard curve method in GC-MS.The results show that The linear calibration curves were obtained in the range of 0.4~10 mg/L with correlation coefficient not less than 0.995.GC-MS is simple,rapid,accurate.It can be applied to the determination of plasticizers phthalates in toys.
