Improving the Learning Ability of Engineering Course for Students Majoring in Food Science and Engineering with Three-dimensional Software

《工程制图与CAD》和《机械设计基础》是食品科学与工程专业的必修课程。但因为需要比较扎实的数理基础,学生学习普遍感觉困难,而专业教师在教学中同样面临许多问题。在课程实际教学过程中借助和利用三维设计软件,对于提升食品科学与工程专业学生的工程课程学习能力具有十分重要的作用。
