摘要
地方性高校理工科毕业生在就业和继续深造等方面的竞争力较弱。而工匠精神能赋予学生在职业精神方向更强的竞争力。本文主要通过“工匠精神”的内涵剖析和企业对食品质量与安全专业人才培养的需求分析,得出了食品质量与安全专业人才“工匠精神”的培育路径。具体策略包括动手能力提升途径和爱岗敬业教育途径等。
The competitiveness of science and engineering graduates from local universities in employment and further study is weak Through the connotation analysis of"craftsman spirit"and the demand analysis of enterprises for the cultivation of food quality and safety professionals,this paper concludes the cultivation path of"craftsman spirit"of food quality and safety professionals.The specific strategies include the way to improve the practical ability and the way to love the job.
