地方性高校理工科毕业生在就业和继续深造等方面的竞争力较弱。而工匠精神能赋予学生在职业精神方向更强的竞争力。本文主要通过“工匠精神”的内涵剖析和企业对食品质量与安全专业人才培养的需求分析,得出了食品质量与安全专业人才“工匠精神”的培育路径。具体策略包括动手能力提升途径和爱岗敬业教育途径等。
