数字教育资源在智慧校园建设中存在的问题与策略

Problems and Strategies of Digital Education Resources in Construction of Smart Campus

随着教育领域互联网的逐步普及,国家鼓励提供云端支持、动态更新以及适应混合学习、泛在学习等学习方式的新型数字教育资源及服务。然而《教育信息化2.0行动计划》指出,我国数字教育资源开发与服务能力不强,与新时代对教育提出的要求仍存在较大的差距。因此,智慧校园作为未来学校的存在形式,在当前校园的建设过程中,需要分析数字教育资源面临的问题,探索数字教育资源在智慧校园建设中的有效策略,以应对新时代发展对人才培养的需求。

Encouraged by the government,educational technology is progressing rapidly in China,generating such novel digital learning resources and services as cloud support,dynamic update,adaptation to mixed learning,ubiquitous learning and so on.However,as stated in Educational Informatization 2.0 Action Plan,China is still not strong enough in this respect.To address the problem and cultivate higher-quality talents for the country's development in the new era,this paper calls for the educational community to make an in-depth analysis of the current situation,and explore better approaches to developing digital learning resources in constructing smart campus.
