民办高校大学生党建工作特色模式的探索与构建

Empirical Research on Characteristic CPC Development in Private Universities

本文从引领大学生践行社会主义核心价值观、促进学校提高人才培养质量、保障党员队伍先进性和纯洁性等方面,阐述了构建民办高校大学生党建工作特色模式的重要性,对组织机构设置与党务队伍建设、执行学生党建工作质量标准、落实学生党建监督考核机制等方面存在的制约因素进行了剖析,并以问题为导向,探索构建具有民办高校特征的"力抓组织架构与队伍、坚持党员质量标准、推行‘PDCA生态循环’和完善监督考核机制"的大学生党建工作特色模式。

This article expounds the importance of developing Chinese Communist Party in the private College,and discusses this matter in terms of guiding students to practice socialist core values,promoting personnel-cultivation quality,strengthening instruction in*sparty members,and facilitating the party's sustainable development etc.The article then elaborates problems in respects of organization,criteria,and assessment.To address the problems,the article finally proposes the four strategies:paying more attention to the party's development in the private institution,upgrading standards,mtroducing PDCA ecological cycle,and improving the supervision and evaluation mechanism.
