油田“采油区岗位标准体系”的建立及应用

Construction and Application of "Post Standard System in Oil Production Area"

采油管理区是油田最基本的油气开发单元,承担着某一区块或某几个区块的原油开发任务。为了实现采油区高效、规范、有序运转,目前中原油田23个采油管理区均已经建立完成了“采油区岗位标准体系”。阐述了油田“采油区岗位标准体系”的建立过程及应用效果,为其他油田采油管理区的标准化工作提供参考。

The oil production management area is the most basic oil and gas development unit of an oilfield,which undertakes the crude oil development task of a block or several blocks.In order to achieve efficient,standardized and orderly operation of oil production areas,the post standard system of oil production areas has been established in 23 oil production management areas of Zhongyuan Oilfield.This paper expounds the establishment process and application effect of post standard system in oil field production areas,which provides reference for standardization work in the oil production management areas of other oilfields.
