舒适护理模式在老年医学科中的应用

Application of comfort care model in geriatrics

目的:探讨采用舒适护理模式在老年医学科中的应用。方法:将2018年8月1日至12月1日收治的住院患者120例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各60例。对照组患者实施常规护理模式,试验组患者在此基础上实施个体化舒适护理模式,比较两组患者的平均住院天数、舒适状况评分(GCQ)、自查焦虑评分(SAS)、生活自理能力评分(ADL)及护理满意度。结果:试验组患者的住院天数显著少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的GCQ评分、ADL评分、护理总满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:个体化舒适护理模式能有效缩短老年患者的住院天数,提高患者的生活自理能力和护理满意度,降低其紧张感与焦虑感。

Objective: To explore the application of comfort care model in geriatrics.Methods: 120 hospitalized patients from August 1 st,2018 to December 1 st,2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine care model, while patients in the experimental group were given individualized comfort care model.The average hospitalization days,the general comfort questionnaire(GCQ),the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),the activity of daily living(ADL),and the nursing satisfaction degree of patients were compared between the two groups.Results: The hospitalization days of the experimental group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05);the GCQ score,ADL score and total nursing satisfaction degree of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the SAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Individualized comfortable care model can effectively shorten the hospitalization days of elderly patients,improve their self-care ability and nursing satisfaction degree,and reduce their tension and anxiety.
