With the procedure of citiliztion,there is less and less land to left.The direct close-loop operation mode of the distribution grid connected to the 10 kV side of the 220 kV substation has become a novel construction scheme for the urban substation.The characteristics,the potential problems,planning principles,scope of application and the economic benefits for the close-loop operation mode.This mode is characteristiced with high reliability,friend access with the distributed generation.It is applicable to urban distribution grid construction under the circumstance of land shortage,high load density,high reliability of power supply and good power quality,especially for the energy internet.
