基于因子回归分析与分层雷达图法的配电网现状评估与诊断

摘要 在选取配电网现状评估与诊断指标的基础上,提出利用因子回归分析提取配电网现状诊断关键指标的方法,该方法对指标进行合理分类,能够分析指标相关性和冗余度对配电网现状评估与诊断的影响。接着,提出了基于模糊层次分析法的关键指标主观权重确定方法以及基于反熵权法的关键指标客观权重确定方法,并在此基础上,提出了基于主客观权重一致性的关键指标组合权重确定方法。然后,构建了基于分层雷达图法的配电网现状评估与诊断模型。最后,以某省多个地市的配电网为例进行算例分析,结果表明所提出的评估与诊断模型能够较为合理地评估配电网的现状,并能够诊断出其薄弱环节。 Based on the selection and assessment of the status quo of the distribution network,a method for extracting the key indicators of the current status of the distribution network using factor regression analysis was proposed.This method can reasonably classify the indicators and can analyze the impact of correlation and redundancy of the indicators on the assessment and diagnosis of the distribution network.Then,the method of determining the subjective weight of key indicators based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the method of determining the objective weights of key indicators based on anti-entropy weight method were proposed.Based on these,the weights of key indicators combined based on the consistency of subjective and objective weights were proposed.The current situation assessment and diagnosis model of distribution network based on hierarchical radar chart method was constructed.Finally,a case study of a distribution network in a number of cities in a province was carried out.The results showed that the proposed evaluation and diagnosis model could reasonably evaluate the status quo of the distribution network and diagnose its weak links.
