Review and Prospect: Impact of the Vicissitudes of the Yellow River on Urban Development

黄河变迁对城市的影响是黄河变迁史研究的重要内容,受到学术界的广泛关注。从黄河变迁对城市迁移、城市形态变化、城市兴衰三个维度回顾了当前的研究现状,提出今后应树立"大黄河"和系统研究的视野,把握黄泛城市的数量、类型和特征,挖掘黄泛城市的当代价值,讲好"黄河故事",更好地推动这一领域的深入研究。

The impact of the vicissitudes of the Yellow River on urban development is an important part of the study of the changing history of the Yellow River,which has received extensive attention from the academic community. This paper gives a review of the current researches from three dimensions,changes in urban sites and urban forms as well as the urban development incurred from the vicissitudes of the Yellow River. It proposes the future systematic research should take the vision of the"Grand Yellow River",get the correct number,types,and characteristics of the cities affected by the flooding of the Yellow River,make use of their full-potential contemporary value,and benefit the people in this area.
