摘要
基于实际案例,研究探讨新的智慧校园下高校融合服务门户建设架构体系,从技术为中心的门户设计理念转变为以服务和用户为中心的门户设计理念。结合实际门户发展演变和相关学术研究,归纳服务融合门户的功能设计和技术架构体系,并以河海大学实际建设为例说明。通过开发上线服务中心的30项服务,从线上线下两个服务模型维度,分析验证服务融合门户设计能够满足智慧校园师生用户服务需求。智慧校园下服务融合门户以面向用户的服务为中心进行构建,并以服务的重构设计实现门户功能的持续迭代,以满足师生用户新的服务需求。
In combination with practical cases,the new architecture system of service integration portal in smart campus,and the design concept,characteristics,service model and applicability of the portal that turning from technology-centered to service and user-centered,were studied and discussed.Based on the development and evolution of the actual portal and available academic literature,the functional design and technical architecture system of the service integration portal were proposed,taking the actual construction in Hohai University as an example.Through the development of 30 online services of the service center,it is was analyzed and verified,from two perspectives of online and offline service models,that the service integration portal design can meet the service needs of teachers and students in smart campus.The service integration portal in smart campus should be built with user-oriented service as the center,and the continuous iteration of the portal function should be realized through service refactoring design,so as to meet the new service needs of teachers and students.
