摘要
针对传统三维数字化设计范围不全、精细化程度低、软件平台可扩展性不强等问题,按模块化设计形成快速建模方式。增加DN80以下小口径管道的现场走向与布置设计模型及相关智能检查功能。精细化锅炉、支吊架等三维建模,为锅炉、支吊架异常预警、运行维护检修管理和技术监督动态管理提供支撑。统一规划,实现信息管理软件融通。通过一体化管理平台,实现初设、设计、基建期到位物资和生产维护过程的设备信息的无缝连接。物资、设备、资产三者之间通过有效关联,自动完成基建期到生产期辅助转资工作,以真正实现计算资源、存储资源、软件资源、数据资源的共享、设备的全寿命智能化管理、数据分析及价值挖掘。
In view of the defects of traditional 3d digital design,such as incomplete scope,insufficient refinement,and weak scalability of software platform,etc.,a fast modeling method based on modular design is come into being.Which includes those pipeline less than D80 layout and intelligent check-out function,precise 3 D modeling for pipeline,supports for boiler,etc.,for wear-explosion proof,failure warning and operation management.Furthermore,through effective correlation of materials,facilities and properties,the transition from construction term to production term is accomplished automatically.The resource-sharing for calculation,storage,soft-ware and data,and equipment life-cycle management are finally achieved to data analysis and leave some leeway for further value.
