摘要
流化床甲醇制丙烯(FMTP)烯烃分离技术是首次工业化应用,存在许多有待改进和优化的问题。简述了FMTP烯烃分离技术,详细介绍了烯烃分离装置新增加的MTBE单元、丙烯产品保护床及乙烯干燥器单元、精甲醇注入系统和对碱洗塔废碱液处理、工艺气压缩机一段凝液流程的技术改进。改进后的烯烃分离技术具有稳定性高、收益高、低污染等优点。
Fluidized bed methanol to propylene(FMTP)olefin separation technology had its first industrial application,and there were many problems that need to be improved and optimized.The FMTP olefin separation technology was briefly introduced.The newly added MTBE unit,propylene product protection bed,ethylene dryer unit,and refined methanol injection system were introduced in detail,including the technical improvement for the treatment of waste alkali liquor from the alkali washing tower and the primary stage condensate flow of the process gas compressor.The improved olefin separation technology had the advantages of high stability,high yield and low pollution.
