煤制甲醇装置大面积CO报警原因分析及治理

摘要 针对大型煤制甲醇装置现场存在的频繁大面积CO报警隐患,通过不同方向进行原因排查,结合建模计算验证,最终确定为净化放空筒排放气CO浓度偏高所致。通过对Linde低温甲醇洗工艺流程和物料平衡的研究,对原有工艺流程进行优化改造:在甲醇洗涤塔上、下段无硫甲醇和含硫甲醇进行闪蒸的同时,引入氢气进一步气提,以达到降低尾气中CO浓度、回收CO有效气的目的,实现环保与经济的双重收益。 The potential risk of frequent extensive CO alarm on the large coal-to-methanol unit was attributable to the too high CO concentration of gas vented by the purification vent stack through investigations of different aspects,in conjunction with the modeling calculation verification.The original technological process was optimized and retrofitted through the study of the Linde Rectisol process flow and material balance,i.e.hydrogen was introduced for further stripping while flashing H2S-free methanol and H2S containing methanol of upper and lower sections of methanol scrubbing tower,so as to reduce CO concentration from the off gas,recover the effective CO gas,and realize the environmental and economic benefits.
