新疆地区风电-盐水电解制氢技术基础研究探讨

摘要 为充分利用新疆地区的弃风,结合新疆淡水资源缺乏而盐碱水资源较多的状况,进行了风电-盐水电解制氢并联产盐技术的基础研究。研究了碱性条件下Ca2+、Mg2+等可沉淀离子的絮凝去除及转化为功能材料的方法、高稳定的碱性离子膜电解电极材料与膜电极的构筑、并网型风电制氢系统的控制方案。研究结果有助于实现新疆地区风能资源和盐碱水资源的有效利用。 In order to make full use of the"abandoned wind"in Xinjiang,considering the lack of fresh water resources and more brine and alkaline water resources in Xinjiang,the basic research on the parallel production of hydrogen and salt by wind power and brine electrolysis was carried out.The methods of flocculation removal and conversion of precipitable ions into functional materials under the alkaline condition,the construction of highly stable alkaline ion membrane electrolysis electrode materials and membrane electrodes,and the control scheme of grid connected wind power hydrogen generation system were studied.The results were helpful to realize the effective utilization of wind energy resources and saline alkali water resources in Xinjiang.
