利用尿素生产装置生产车用尿素的工艺研究

Study on the Technology of Producing Vehicle Urea with Urea Production Plant

简述了车用尿素标准制定背景;从分析项目和指标要求上,对比了GB 29518—2013车用尿素标准和GB/T 2440—2017尿素标准。以安阳集团第2套尿素生产系统为例,分析了从不同工艺阶段取料尿素溶液制取车用尿素的可行性,介绍了尿素生产装置生产车用尿素的小试情况和针对车用尿素生产尿液结晶效率偏低采取的措施。结果表明:小试生产的车用尿素产品各项指标可满足国标要求。

The vehicle urea standard formulation background was briefly described.From the perspective of analysis items and parameter requirement,the comparison was made between GB 29518-2013 Vehicle Urea and GB/T 2440-2017 Urea.Taking the second urea production system of Anyang Group as an example,the feasibility of taking urea solution from different process stages to make vehicle urea was analyzed,with the introduction on pilot test of vehicle urea production from the urea production unit and measures taken to deal with the low urea crystallization efficiency.The results showed that various indicators of vehicle urea made through pilot production could meet the requirements of national standard.
