摘要
舰船等级维修过程中产生大量的各种各样信息,这些信息的管理和运用直接决定项目整体的管理效果。根据维修任务和维修资源建立二维信息结构矩阵,并在此基础上增加维修组织、维修时间维度扩展为多维信息结构,以此构造舰船等级维修项目信息结构体系。以该体系为基础,通过着色和降维处理,从不同用户视角依次获得舰船等级维修项目信息的全局视图、用户视图、横向移动视图和纵向移动视图,根据这四个视图跟踪项目中信息的产生、传递,找出其中的规律和需要调整的地方,从而实现信息的控制与管理。
A large number of various information are generated in the process of ship level maintenance. The management and application of these information directly determine the overall management effect of the project. According to the maintenance tasks and resources, a two-dimensional information structure matrix is established, and on this basis, the dimension of maintenance organization and maintenance time is extended to a multi-dimensional information structure, so as to construct a ship level maintenance project information structure system. Based on the system, through coloring and dimensionality reduction processing, the global view,user view, horizontal moving view and vertical moving view of ship maintenance project information are obtained successively from different user perspectives. According to these four views, the generation and transmission of information in the project are tracked,and the rules and areas to be adjusted are found out, so as to realize the control and management of information.
