急性脑梗死患者血清CXCL16水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性及临床分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清CXCL16水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性及其临床价值。方法选取2018年1月-2018年12月东南大学附属中大医院收治的ACI患者92例,作为研究组;同时选取来本院行健康体检的健康人群50例,作为对照组。两组均使用同样的方式来检测血清样本当中CXCL16水平。观察比较两组的一般资料;两组的血清CXCLl6水平差异;将研究组患者通过不同的斑块稳定性进行分组,观察无斑块组、斑块不稳定组、斑块稳定组3组间的血清CXCLl6水平差异;血清CXCLl6水平与颈动脉超声检查相关临床指标间的相关性。结果研究组与对照组在性别分布、平均年龄、吸烟史、饮酒史及糖尿病史方面无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组当中高血压史比率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组血清CXCLl6水平为(2.7±1.5)ng·mL^-1,显著高于对照组血清CXCLl6水平(2.1±0.2)ng·mL^-1(P<0.05)。斑块不稳定组的血清CXCLl6水平显著高于无斑块组及斑块稳定组(P<0.05),无斑块组的血清CXCLl6水平与斑块稳定组的血清CXCLl6水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。Spearman相关分析结果提示,血清CXCLl6水平与IMT、CPA/cm2及斑块稳定性之间存在正相关性(P<0.05)。结论与健康人群相比,ACI患者的血清CXCLl6水平显著升高;血清CXCLl6水平与IMT、CPA/cm2及斑块稳定性之间存在正相关性。 Objective Objective to investigate the correlation between serum CXCL16 level and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) and its clinical value. Methods 92 patients with ACI admitted to Zhongda Hospital Southeast University from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study group. At the same time, 50 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination were selected as the control group. Both groups used the same method to detect CXCL16 levels in serum samples. To observe and compare the general data of the two groups;Serum CXCLl6 levels of the two groups were different. The patients in the study group were divided into groups by different plaque stability, and the differences of serum CXCLl6 levels were observed among the three groups: the non-plaque group, the plaque unstable group and the plaque stable group. Correlation between serum CXCLl6 level and carotid artery ultrasonography. Results there was no significant difference in gender distribution, average age, smoking history, drinking history and diabetes history between the study group and the control group(P>0.05). The ratio of hypertension history in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The serum CXCLl6 level of the study group was(2.7±1.5) ng·mL^-1, significantly higher than that of the control group(2.1±0.2 ng·m L^-1)(P<0.05). Serum CXCLl6 level of the plaque unstable group was significantly higher than that of the nonplaque group and the plaque stable group(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the serum CXCLl6 level of the non-plaque group and the serum CXCLl6 level of the plaque stable group(P>0.05). Spearman correlation analysis indicated that there was a positive correlation between serum CXCLl6 level and IMT, CPA/cm2 and plaque stability(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with healthy people, the serum CXCLl6 level of ACI patients was significantly increased. There was a positive correlation between serum CXCLl6 level and IMT, CPA/cm2 and plaque stability.
