摘要
近年来,新儒商受到社会各界的广泛关注和高度重视,而其科学界定和基本特征是进行相关研究必须明确的首要问题。新儒商在现代社会市场经济、知识经济的特定历史条件和时代背景下逐步涵育生成,将儒家伦理作为经营管理的核心价值观,具有良好的思想道德品质和一定的文化知识素养。他们注重诚信德行、人文关怀、和谐经营,倡导经世济民,儒化色彩较为浓厚;新时代赋予新儒商鲜明的现代表征,形成了由新素质、新观念构成的新内涵,集中体现了新儒商的内在特质。
In recent years,the Neo-Confucian merchants have received wide and great attention from all walks of life,and the scientific definition and basic characteristics are the first and foremost issues that must be clarified.Neo-Confucian merchants,gradually cultivated under the specific historical conditions in the era of modern social market economy and knowledge economy,take Confucian ethics as the core value of management and have good ideological and moral qualities and certain cultural knowledge literacy.They pay attention to honesty and virtue,humanistic care and harmonious management,and advocate saving and benefiting the people,with a strong Confucian feature.The new era gives the new Confucian merchants a distinctive modern representative,forming a new connotation composed of new qualities and new concepts,and embodies the intrinsic characteristics of the Neo-Confucian merchants.
