摘要
斯德哥尔摩综合征是西方社会心理学中的一个重要概念,是指被害者对犯罪者产生了某种情感甚至依赖,从而反过来帮助犯罪者的一种心理病症。这种现象不仅出现于社会领域,在管理领域中也广泛存在。管理中斯德哥尔摩综合征的病情由于先进的管理技术和流行的管理概念而有所隐藏,但只要出现符合病症产生的相关管理要件,那么这种长期潜伏在管理组织机体中的慢性毒瘤就会迅速扩散外显,病变的复杂因素更将导致管理困境积重难返。从本体诠释学的角度,我们在探究斯德哥尔摩综合征的病源与病变中发掘了一项关键因素——人。本质上,管理就是让人完成一个开放生命化的过程。因此,重新发现人,回归人的本体,回归人与人、人与宇宙的自然关系,才能治愈斯德哥尔摩综合征所带来的官僚制沉疴,才能警惕悄无声息的奴化与盲思,才能释放改变现有管理格局的能量。
Stockholm syndrome,an important concept in western social psychology,refers to a psychological disorder in which the victim produces certain emotions or even dependence on the perpetrator,which in turn helps the perpetrator.Stockholm Syndrome not only appears in the social field,but also widely exists in the field of management although it is somewhat hidden due to advanced management technology and popular management concepts.However,as long as there are relevant elements of Stockholm syndrome,the chronic tumors that are lurking in the body of the management organization will quickly spread and lead to aggravated management dilemma.From the perspective of ontological hermeneutics,in exploring the origin and pathological changes of Stockholm Syndrome,we have found a key factor—human beings.In essence,management is a process of making an open life.Therefore,only by rediscovering human beings,returning to the ontology of human beings,returning to the natural relationship between human beings and human beings,human beings and the universe,can we cure the bureaucratic jaundice caused by Stockholm Syndrome,be alert to silent enslavement and blind thinking,and release the energy to change the existing management pattern.
