摘要
课堂教学作为教学活动的主要环节,其质量将直接影响学校的教学质量。在学院二级督导领导下构建了"三方评价四维协同"教学质量管理体系。在课堂教学体现立德树人、引入新技术新工艺和全面实施信息化的教学质量评价新要求下,通过初步分析学校督导、学院督导和企业督导的工作职能,深入探讨了学院工作督导课堂教学评价中挖掘教学内容和过程蕴含的思政元素、设计和组织理实一体化、实现教师主导学生主体和采用灵活多样的教学方法等关键点。
As the main part of teaching activities,the quality of classroom teaching directly affects the quality of school teaching.Under the secondary supervision and leadership of the college,the teaching quality management system of"three-party evaluation and four-dimension collaboration"was constructed.It is the new requirement of teaching quality evaluation to enhance morality and foster talents,to introduce new technology and implement information fully in classroom teaching.By analyzing the function of school supervision,college supervision and enterprise supervision,this paper thoroughly discusses the key points such as the ideological elements containing in teaching content and process supervised by college teaching evaluation,design and organization of integration,implementation of teachers’leading and students’main body and adoption of flexible and varied teaching methods.
