摘要
高职院校学生管理工作面临着生源多元化、纪律观念弱化、行为个性突出、抗压能力较弱等复杂的新问题。采取树立服务意识提高服务效率、提升服务质量、提高服务站位等对策,可有效提高高职院校学生管理工作水平。
The management of students in vocational colleges is faced with new complex problems,such as the diversity of students,the weakening of discipline concept,prominent behavior and the weak ability to resist pressure. Measures such as raising service consciousness to improve service efficiency,service quality and service station position can effectively improve students’ management level in vocational colleges.
