摘要
试验旨在研究复合微生态制剂对生长猪生长性能、腹泻率、血清生化和免疫指标的影响。选用健康的杜×长×大三元生长猪160头,体重(33.03±0.28)kg,随机分成4个组,每个组4个重复,每个重复10头猪。Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组分别饲喂添加100、200、300 mg/kg的复合微生态制剂的试验日粮。试验预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d结束。结果表明:与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅲ组的末重和平均日增重(ADG)显著增加(P<0.05);Ⅱ和Ⅲ组的腹泻率显著低于Ⅳ组(P<0.05);与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ、Ⅳ组总蛋白(TP)浓度显著增加(P<0.05),Ⅲ组TP浓度极显著增加(P<0.01);与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅲ组球蛋白(GLB)浓度显著增加(P<0.05);Ⅲ组的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)浓度显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅲ组血糖(GLU)浓度显著增加(P<0.05);与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ和Ⅲ组的谷草转氨酶(AST)浓度显著减少(P<0.05);与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅲ组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)浓度显著增加(P<0.05)。根据经济效益和作用效果得出:在饲料中添加200 mg/kg的复合微生态制剂可以提高生长猪生长性能,改善其腹泻率,增强机体免疫力。
The aim of the experiment was to study the effects of compound probiotics on growth performance,diarrhea rate,serum bio⁃chemical and immune indexes of growing pigs.160 healthy du×long×dasuan pigs with a weight of(33.03±0.28)kg were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 10 pigs in each repeat.Pigs in groupⅠ(control group)were fed a basaldiet,and in groupsⅡ,ⅢandⅣwere fed the diets supplemented with 100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg compound probiotics.The preliminary test period was 7 days,and the formal test period was 28 days.The results showed that:Compared with groupⅠ,the final weight and the average daily weight gain in groupⅢwas significantly increased(P<0.05).Diarrhea rate of groupⅡandⅢwas significantly lower than groupⅣ(P<0.05).Compared with groupⅠ,the TP in groupⅡandⅣwas significantly increased(P<0.05),the TP in groupⅢwas significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with groupⅠ,the GLB in groupⅢwas significantly increased(P<0.05).The ALP in groupⅢwas significantly higher than groupⅡ(P<0.05).Compared with groupⅠ,the GLU in groupⅢwas significantly increased(P<0.05).Com⁃pared with groupⅠ,the AST in groupⅡandⅢwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with groupⅠ,the IgG in groupⅢwas significantly increased(P<0.05).According to the economic benefits and effects,adding 200 mg/kg compound probiotics into the feed can improve the growth performance of growing pigs,improve their diarrhea rate,and enhance the body immunity.
