摘要
目的了解高职护理专业学生对护理失智老人的职业认同感及从业意愿和影响因素。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷及老人态度量表(KAOP)对200名高职大三护理专业学生进行调查。结果200名高职护理专业大三学生有67(33.5%)愿意毕业后从事失智老人照护工作。性别、是否喜欢护理专业、在校期间是否做过老年活动志愿者、与老人的关系、对老人的态度得分是高职护理专业学生从事失智老人护理意愿的影响因素。结论高职护理专业学生从事失智老人护理意愿尚有待提高,应针对不同的原因采取相应的对策以提高护生从事失智老人护理的意愿。
Objective To understand the professional identity of senior vocational nursing students towards mentally retarded elderly,their willingness to work and the influencing factors.Methods A self-designed questionnaire and KAOP were used to investigate 200 junior nursing students in Higher Vocational colleges.Results 67(33.5%)of 200 junior nursing students in higher vocational colleges were willing to take care of mentally retarded elderly after graduation.Gender,whether they like nursing specialty,whether they have volunteered for aged activities in school,their relationship with the elderly,and their attitudes towards the elderly are the influencing factors of vocational nursing students'willingness to engage in nursing for the mentally retarded elderly.Conclusion Higher vocational nursing students'willingness to engage in the care of mentally retarded elderly needs to be improved.Corresponding countermeasures should be taken for different reasons to improve the willingness of nursing students to engage in the care of mentally retarded elderly.
