摘要
目的探讨实施基于岗位职责的三级护工管理模式在优质护理病房的应用效果。方法在优质护理病房引进护工,通过分配护工岗位、设置工作任务、制定规章制度来明确岗位职责,减轻临床护士的工作量,并建立后勤服务中心-护理部-病区护士长三级管理模式,对护工进行统一规范化的培训与考核,保证其整体素质和执业稳定性。并比较该模式实施前后病房管理质控分数和患者、医生的工作满意度。结果实施规范化的护工管理模式后,病房管理质控分数由90. 3%提升至98. 2%,患者满意度由93%提升至98. 6%,医生满意度由95%提升至98. 5%,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论实施基于岗位职责的三级护工管理模式可有效促进病房规范化管理,提升患者及医生的工作满意度,从而促进优质护理服务病房的可持续发展。
Objective To explore the application effect of three-level nursing management mode based on post responsibility in quality nursing ward. Methods The nurse workers were introduced into the high quality nursing ward,and their responsibilities were clarified by assigning the nurse positions,setting up the work tasks,and making rules and regulations,so as to reduce the workload of clinical nurses. A three-level management mode of logistics service center,nursing department,ward head nurse was established to train and assess the nurse workers in a unified and standardized way,so as to ensure their overall quality and practice stability. The quality control scores of ward management and job satisfaction of patients and doctors before and after the implementation of the model were compared. Results After the implementation of standardized nursing management mode,ward management quality control score increased from 90. 3% to 98. 2%,patient satisfaction increased from 93% to 98. 6%,doctor satisfaction increased from 95% to 98. 5%,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The implementation of the three-level nurse management mode based on post responsibility can effectively promote the standardized management of wards,improve the job satisfaction of patients and doctors,and promote the sustainable development of high-quality nursing service wards.
