5个淡水养殖品种养殖水体TOC评价及其差异性研究

摘要 针对5个不同的淡水养殖品种翘嘴红鮊(Erythroculter ilishaeformis)、中华鳖(Pelodiscus sinensis)、黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus eupogon)、乌鳢(Ophicephalus argus)和青虾(Macrobrachium nipponense)进行定期养殖水体监测,分析养殖期间不同品种养殖水体TOC的变化和有机物的污染情况。结果表明,TOC浓度随着时间的推移总体呈下降趋势,不同品种养殖水体之间TOC值存在一定差异,翘嘴红鲌-中华鳖、黄颡鱼-青虾、黄颡鱼-中华鳖、乌鳢-中华鳖,两两之间随着时间的推移养殖水体TOC变化差异显著(P<0.05);而翘嘴红鲌-黄颡鱼、翘嘴红鲌-青虾、翘嘴红鲌-乌鳢、黄颡鱼-乌鳢、青虾-乌鳢、青虾-中华鳖,两两之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。研究表明,不同生活习性的养殖品种对水环境TOC值的影响具有显著性差异,通常以肉食性、摄食量大的品种对水环境的影响更为显著。 Regular monitoring of aquaculture waters was carried out for five different freshwater aquaculture species :Erythroculter ilishaeformis,Pelodiscus sinensis,Pelteobagrus eupogon,Ophicephalus argus and Macrobrachium nipponense.The changes of TOC and the pollution of organic matter in different breeds of aquaculture water during the aquaculture period were analyzed.The results showed that the TOC concentration decreased with the passage of time.There were some differences in TOC values between different breeds.The differences of TOC change in aquaculture water between Erythroculter ilishaeformis and Pelodiscus sinensis,Pelteobagrus eupogon and Macrobrachium nipponense,Pelteobagrus eupogon and Pelodiscus sinensis,Ophicephalus argus and Pelodiscus sinensis were significant(P<0.05)during the aquaculture period.At the same time,differences of TOC change in aquaculture water between Erythroculter ilishaeformis and Pelteobagrus eupogon,Erythroculter ilishaeformis and Macrobrachium nipponense,Erythroculter ilishaeformis and Ophicephalus argus,Pelteobagrus eupogon and Ophicephalus argus,Macrobrachium nipponense and Ophicephalus argus,Macrobrachium nipponense and Pelodiscus sinensis were not significant(P>0.05).These preliminary results indicated that there were significant differences in the TOC values of aquatic environment among different breeds with different habits,and the effects of carnivorous and high-intake breeds on aquatic environment were more significant.
