巴布亚企鹅胃穿孔的诊断及治疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of A Case of Gastric Perforation in Phgoscelis papua

企鹅是一种好奇心很强的鸟类,经常吞食异物。本文对一只巴布亚企鹅摄食尾羽后进行胃镜取出,胃内已穿孔的部位通过钛合金钳子固定后自行愈合的方法进行处置,通过后续治疗后,该企鹅食欲正常,活动状态正常,痊愈。本文对于了解圈养巴布亚企鹅摄食异物后处置及治疗方案具有重要意义。

Penguins are curious birds and often swallow foreign objects.In this paper,the tail feathers in a Phgoscelis papua were taken out by gastroscopy,and the perforated part of the stomach was fixed with titanium alloy pliers and healed by itself.After follow-up treatment,the penguin showed normal appetite,normal activity and recovered.This article is of great significance to understand the treatment of Phgoscelis papua after ingesting foreign bodies in captivity.
