新《食品安全抽样检验管理办法》中关于食品复检工作的规定解读

Reinterpretion of Food Retesting Work Stipulation on "Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Sampling and Testing"

依据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》《场监管总局办公厅关于进一步规范食品安全监督抽检复检和异议工作的通知》等有关规定,结合食品复检工作中的实际情况,本文解读了新《食品安全抽样检验管理办法》中关于食品复检工作的相关规定,并对完善食品复检工作程序提出了相关建议,以期为相关人员提供参考。

According to "Food Safety Law of the People′s Republic of China" and the "Notice on further normalizing food sample retesting and discrepancy handling issued by State Administration for Market Regulation " and other relevant provisions,combining with real situations of food retesting,this paper reinterpreted the related regulations in "Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Sampling and Testing",and put forward some suggestions to improve the working procedure of food retesting,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
