摘要
紧紧围绕现代服务体系建设要求,以评价因子为基础,以量化积分为路径,以权重配比为条件,构建了营销全业务量化积分评价体系。以层次分析法为基础进行建模仿真,探索形成适合营销专业特点的评价模型,保证结果客观公正,全程化覆盖,实现总体评价精准。该评价体系首次实现了对营销全业务总体评价的打分,同时总体评价又可细分为过程评价和专业评价,可以更加精准地实现对营销的全业务管控,保障业务规范运作。实践表明,项目实施有力推动了营销工作的自我修复和自我提升,助力电力营商环境优化。
According to the requirements of modern service system construction,based on the evaluation factors,taking the quantitative integral as the path and the weight ratio as the condition,the quantitative integral evaluation system of the whole marketing business is constructed. Based on the analytic hierarchy process,modeling and simulation are carried out to explore the formation of an evaluation model suitable for the characteristics of marketing specialty,so as to ensure the objective and fair results,the whole process coverage and the overall evaluation accuracy. The evaluation system for the first time achieved the scoring of the overall evaluation of the whole business of marketing. At the same time,the overall evaluation can be divided into process evaluation and professional evaluation,which can more accurately achieve the control of the whole business of marketing and ensure the standardized operation of business. The practice shows that the implementation of the project has greatly promoted the self-healing and self-improvement of the marketing work and helped optimize the business environment of electric power.
