摘要
光缆是换流站是一次设备和二次设备的重要连接部分。换流站中的光纤根数数量庞大,在安装检修维护过程中,现场工作人员需要使用激光灯照射光纤,然后通过光纤两边检修人员共同确认芯号。采用此种方式进行光纤对芯,不仅效率低,而且耗时耗力。因此,提出了一种智能化对芯装置,可以同时完成多根光纤的对芯工作,且操作简单方便、效率高以及可靠性高。
Optical cable is an important connection part of primary equipment and secondary equipment in converter station.The number of optical fibers in converter station is huge.In the process of installation,maintenance and repair,the field staff need to use laser light to illuminate the optical fiber,and then confirm the core number through the maintenance personnel on both sides of the optical fiber.This method is not only inefficient,but also time-consuming.Therefore,an intelligent core alignment device is proposed,which can complete the core alignment of multiple optical fibers at the same time,and has the advantages of simple operation,high efficiency and high reliability.
