防止磷尾矿充填体污染地下水资源的研究 被引量:2

摘要 磷尾矿充填体泌水中总硬度、硫酸盐、氟化物和总磷的含量分别为1728.8 mg/L、2189.7 mg/L、6.2 mg/L、0.25 mg/L,普遍偏高,会污染地下水资源和地下环境,分别加入不同量吸水树脂、羧甲基纤维素、硅酸钠、聚硅酸铝铁处理磷尾矿充填体中的有害离子,利用zeta电位分析仪、X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜探究其机理。硅酸钠添加量为0.4%,泌水总硬度为148.1 mg/L;聚硅酸铝铁添加量为0.01%,泌水氟化物为0.94 mg/L,达到地下水质标准Ⅰ类;当羧甲基纤维素添加量大于等于0.005%时,泌水总磷低于0.01 mg/L。药剂以絮凝吸附及改变充填体微观结构的方式降低有害物质渗出。 The total hardness,sulfate,fluoride and total phosphorus content in the tailings of phosphorus tailings are 1728.8 mg/L,2189.7 mg/L,6.2 mg/L and 0.25 mg/L,respectively,which will pollute groundwater resources and the underground environment,different amounts of water-absorbent resin,carboxymethyl cellulose,sodium silicate,and aluminum polysilicate iron were added to treat harmful ions in the phosphor tailings,using zeta potential analyzer,X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope.Explore its mechanism.The amount of sodium silicate added is 0.4%,the total hardness of bleeding is 148.1 mg/L;the amount of polyaluminum ferric silicate is 0.01%,and the fluoride fluoride is 0.94 mg/L to reach the standard of groundwater quality class I;when carboxymethyl When the amount of cellulose added is≥0.005%,the total phosphorus in the bleeding water is less than 0.01 mg/L.The agent reduces the exudation of harmful substances by flocculation adsorption and changing the microstructure of the filling body.
